With nearly 20 years of experience in physical therapy, I am dedicated to helping individuals move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), I bring a unique combination of rehabilitation expertise and performance training to my practice.

My approach goes beyond traditional physical therapy. I am also a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition, a CrossFit Level 1 trainer, and a trained Pilates instructor, allowing me to create comprehensive, customized programs that address pain relief, injury prevention, strength building, and overall wellness.
